Quest week 7

Published by Ricky Peterson on

Mutual respect in conflict requires the ability to listen objectively. It is entirely normal to feel emotions during conflict, and we must also continue to listen and talk in a respectful way if we want the dialogue to continue.  Observe yourself in potential conflict situations. What do you notice about your ability to listen? What works, what doesn’t?

Share in the facebook group ideas you have that help people to listen more when they are in conflict. For example, imagine you are wearing a gag around your mouth! Use #TeamsQ7 in your post.
