Higher perspective activity:

When resolving conflict, it helps to have the skill for seeing a higher perspective. For example, two people can argue over the way that a mountain looks, because they are probably seeing it from different angles. Both are correct and neither answer is completely right.

The best problem solving happens when we realize that everyone has something to contribute to the overall picture. Because then our solution is based on a larger understanding.
