Quest week 10

Look at the team you are a part of and try to figure out the common stories you tell each other about your team identity. Close your eyes and think about how it FEELS to be part of that team. What metaphor captures that feeling? It should not be literal, rather a poetic simile or metaphor. Some examples: a woman who thought about her business felt like it was “her child”; a man who thought about his team felt like they were a big fish in a small pond; and group of people felt like their organisation was fighting fires all the time.
