Peer coaching
Set up a call with your Peer Coach and help answer the following questions/do the following activities together:
- Identify 4 teams from real life that are examples of the forming, storming, norming and performing stages.
- Without naming anyone, describe examples of people in your life who step over vs respect your boundaries. What differences (or similarities) do you notice in these people?
- How are boundaries generally respected (or not) in one of the cultures you come from (national, ethnic, generational, family etc)? What similarities and difference do you notice between you and your peer coach?
- Ask each other to tell a story about a time you did something good for another person, without expecting anything in return. Observe any sensations in the body, feelings etc and report them to each other, both as a listener and a speaker.
