Peer Coaching

Set and reflect upon your leadership development goals with your peer coach. Describe what you have been trying to achieve and reflect on how that is going. What challenge areas exist? What is going well? Listen to each other’s experience and offer support such as role playing a solution, giving feedback on ideas, and asking curious questions where relevant.
