Set up a call with your peer coach and review some of the challenges you are facing in your leadership and teamwork context right now.

Discuss what you would like to achieve, where you currently are and possible options for resolution. Also consider whether any of the tools you have learnt to date could be of help. Listen and ask curious questions about each other’s situation.
